Thoroughly enjoyed. We went as a group which I would recommend. The Birria tacos and fish tacos were delicious. The Rock Shrimp was another great app that we tried - would highly recommend it. If you’re exploring the fusion sushi menu the portion sizes are huge. (if you’re looking to try a few it’s best to have a couple people at the table with you) We will definitely be back to work our way through more of the menu. Give this place a try and enjoy!
Excellent food, vibes and services! Loved the ceviche and fried sushi. The portion is biiiiggg so great value for money as well. Definitely wanna go back. The waitress mentioned they have all-you-can-eat weekdays too, sounds like a good option for group hangouts
Excellent place, we saw the place and decided to enter. I love this kind of sushi where is fried and hot. Only in Mexico you can eat like that with amazing combination of Chile, meat and sauces.
Finally I found the place like that but I don’t live near there.
Got the Luigi and Birria roll for dine in. Service was good and the food was delicious, what a fun fusion idea!
I got the Cevichito roll too and that was phenomenal. I’ll be back!
If you want to try something new this is a great place! Service was amazing, staff super friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was really vibrant with lots of decorations and great music. The food was simply delicious, names very creative! I had Sushingada madre, Luigi rolls and Sushicharron rolls, loved all of them! I'm definitely coming back to try the rest of their menu!
This restaurant has nailed the perfect combination of an authentic Mexican food and sushi with a touch of creativity. Served by the wonderful sever, Georgia, the food was mouthwatering, filling and flavourful. As a vegetarian who cannot eat spicy food, I did appreciate the options and the fairly mild spice in the food and the detailed information provided by the server to make our dining experience so wonderful. The dining room has plenty of seating and has a cheerful and inviting decoration.
Viva Mexico Ca... nadienses! Sinaloa factory is a unique place, 5 stars is an understatement.
How to explaining it? New dishes with traditional flavors?... Mexican-Maki fusion? In the words of Don Adrian, they deconstruct traditional Mexican food and Japanese maki to get new dishes, new textures and great flavors. IMHO they nailed!
I ordered a SUSHICHARRON and loved it. Basically a maki with green salsa pork rinds, breaded with panko, fried, topped with cheese on a bed of delicious salsa: Crunchy, chewy, dancing flavors. OMG! You have to tried it to believe it. You won't regret this choice. They bring you different salsas, spicy and non-spicy but all of them tasty.
I tried my friend's MALVERDE ROLL and it was delish. I mean, I was trying to get some flaw and I couldn't. I am not expert but I know my food. Come on, you have to try for yourself.
The decor is also inviting, as a Mexican makes you feel nostalgic and proud, as a non-Mexican is intriguing, colorful and even educating. I enjoyed the portraits of Mexican idols and stars adorning the walls. At the back wall you will find a proud coat of arms of the Sinaloa state. Not everything there is drug kingpins. Plenty of tradition to share. Banda and tambora music among other things.
Service is in charge of a dedicated and friendly team of young people, warm and welcoming. Do not hesitate in asking for recommendations or any question you may have. They DO care and will make you feel at home. Our server was Jessica, a super nice lady whom recommendations were spot on. You have to try CAFÉ DE OLLA with your dessert. We had PASTEL DE TRES LECHES, three-milks cake. Please note the dishes have to be prepared on the spot, not pre-made or out-of-the-box. It takes a bit more time for your meal to arrive than average but it's worth, if you are in a hurry better go to McDonald's.
I noticed a lot of Asian customers, I guess they were intrigued by these crazy makis and they seemed to love them as well. Located on Danforth and Carlaw, on the Greektown, they may seem to be out of place but believe me, this is the place where you want to be. Try the Mexican makis, any of them, you won't regret it.
karaoke is on Friday evening and now and then they will have especial events, inquiry about them.

A very different taste of sushi, we loved it. They've a separate vegetarian menu so that's good. Limited options but it's filling.
We had Sinaloa with chips and then Chile sushi. It was fresh. Good quantity. Filling. Value for money and our server was also very sweet and helpful. The vibe was also nice.
